Angelocal is a marketplace that connects customers with independent boutiques. Because each boutique manages its own products and inventory, return and refund policies are set by the individual boutique partner.
Boutique Return Policies
Return eligibility, timelines, and conditions may vary depending on the boutique. Customers should review the specific return policy listed on the product or boutique page before making a purchase.
In general, most boutiques accept returns for items that are:
• Unworn
• Unused
• In original condition
• With original tags attached
Return timeframes typically range from 7–14 days from delivery, depending on the boutique’s policy.
How to Request a Return
If you would like to request a return, please contact:

• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
Our team will coordinate with the boutique and provide instructions for completing the return.
Refund Processing
Once the boutique receives and approves the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been issued.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to:
• A damaged item
• An incorrect item received
• A confirmed fulfillment error
