Angelocal Pop-Up Terms & Brand Expectations
By purchasing a vendor ticket, you agree to the following terms. These guidelines help us create an organized, welcoming, and successful experience for every participating brand.
Sales & Payments
- Brands keep 100% of their event sales.
- Each brand must bring its own POS system or preferred payment method.
- Brands are responsible for processing transactions, collecting applicable sales tax, and managing customer returns or exchanges.
- Angelocal is not responsible for declined payments, chargebacks, or disputes between a brand and its customers.
Arrival & Participation
- Brands must arrive during the designated setup window and be fully ready before the event opens.
- Vendors are expected to remain set up and present for the full duration of the event.
- Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by the Angelocal team.
- Late arrivals, no-shows, or early departures may affect eligibility for future events and Angel Points.
Displays & Equipment
Each brand is responsible for bringing:
- Hangers
- Shopping bags and packaging
- Tabletop displays, signage, and merchandising materials
- Chargers, extension cords, or other approved operational supplies
- A rack or table if one was not selected with the vendor ticket
Each vendor space is limited to a maximum width of four feet. Displays must remain within the assigned area and may not block walkways, neighboring vendors, entrances, or exits.
If a rack or table was reserved through Angelocal, it will be provided according to the option selected at checkout. Additional equipment cannot be guaranteed on the day of the event.
Products & Space Assignments
- Only products associated with the approved brand may be sold.
- Vendor spaces may not be shared, transferred, or resold without prior approval from Angelocal.
- Angelocal determines final placement based on the floor plan, product mix, and needs of the event.
- Displays must be safe, stable, professional, and appropriate for the venue.
- Brands are responsible for ensuring their products comply with all applicable laws, labeling requirements, and safety standards.
Setup, Cleanup & Property
Brands are responsible for keeping their areas clean throughout the event and removing all merchandise, packaging, and trash during breakdown.
Vendors may be held responsible for damage caused to the venue, furniture, fixtures, or rented equipment.
Cancellations, Transfers & Event Changes
All vendor ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
If a brand cancels within seven days of the scheduled event, the value of its vendor ticket may be transferred one time to another eligible Angelocal pop-up, subject to availability. The brand must notify Angelocal in writing before the event begins to qualify.
Transfers apply only to the original participating brand and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another business.
Brands that do not provide notice or fail to attend are considered no-shows and will not be eligible for a transfer, credit, refund, or Angel Points.
If Angelocal cancels or materially reschedules an event, participating brands will receive information about the available transfer, credit, or refund options.
Event details—including venue access, setup timing, floor plans, and vendor placement—may be adjusted when necessary.
Angel Points
Angel Points reward brands for participating in and supporting the Angelocal community.
- Points are awarded after the pop-up has been completed.
- Points are applied to the brand account associated with the vendor registration.
- Points may be redeemed toward eligible future Angelocal events, subject to the current rewards-program rules.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between brands.
- No-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or violations of these terms may result in points being withheld.
- Angelocal may update point values, redemption options, and program terms as the program evolves.
Marketing & Photography
Brands may be asked to provide logos, product images, social handles, or other materials for event promotion. Participating brands are encouraged to share the event with their communities and repost the marketing assets provided by Angelocal.
Photography and video may be captured during the event. By participating, brands acknowledge that event content featuring their booth, products, team, or representatives may be used by Angelocal for social media, marketing, press, and future event promotion.
Inventory & Personal Property
Each brand is responsible for supervising its merchandise, equipment, and personal belongings throughout the event. Angelocal and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Conduct & Community
Participating brands are expected to treat guests, venue staff, neighboring vendors, and the Angelocal team respectfully. Unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, or unprofessional behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund and may affect participation in future events.
By completing your vendor registration, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these terms.
